Terms of use.

1. What GetFit is

GetFit.family ("GetFit") runs location-based challenges ("drops"). A drop has a reward, a set of GPS coordinates and a time window. Participants who accept a drop, reach the coordinates within the window and complete the verification steps may be awarded the reward. GetFit is a fitness and community product, not a financial service.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older, able to form a binding contract, and located somewhere participation is lawful. We may restrict drops by country. One account per person. Accounts are personal and non-transferable.

3. Your safety

Drops take place outdoors, on trails, in cities and in remote places. You are responsible for your own safety: your fitness, equipment, route choice, weather and local conditions. Never trespass, never cross private land or closed areas, and obey all laws and signage. GetFit does not guarantee any location is safe or accessible. Participate at your own risk.

4. How rewards are awarded

Unless a drop states otherwise, the first participant whose arrival is verified by our systems (GPS position inside the geofence, marker code, and any other checks we apply) is the winner. Our determination is final. Rewards are paid as USDC on Solana to the wallet you link, unless a drop states otherwise; where a reward is a financial asset its value can go up or down. Rewards are subject to identity verification, tax obligations in your country and local law, and may be substituted with equivalent value where a listed reward cannot be delivered.

5. Fair play

Spoofing GPS, using mock-location tools, rooted or tampered devices, automation, multiple accounts, or interfering with markers disqualifies you and may permanently close your account. We log device integrity signals to detect this.

6. Your content

You own what you post. By posting you give GetFit a worldwide, royalty-free licence to show, store and share it within the product and in promotion of drops you took part in. Don't post anything illegal, hateful, harassing, sexual, or that isn't yours. We may remove content and suspend accounts.

7. Location data

During an open drop window we record your position continuously so spectators can follow the race and so we can verify arrivals. See the Privacy Policy.

8. No warranty, limited liability

The service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, GetFit and its team are not liable for injury, loss or damage arising from participation, for the value of any reward, or for downtime. Where liability cannot be excluded it is limited to the value of the reward at issue.

9. Changes and termination

We may change drops, rewards, rules or these terms; material changes are announced in the product. We may close accounts that break these terms. You can delete your account at any time from your account page or by contacting us.
